With the preservation of Farm Parcel II (Lakeside West), the 400 acres of pastureland and hay fields in the eastements through the large homesites, and the preservation of Farm Parcel I, with the main barn and essential breeding pastures, we are able to preserve a Lauxmont that can house successful cattle and horse breeding operations, a revitalized creamery, a world-class special events operation and all of the necessary pastures and hay fields to support these operations.
